Wedge Cobb Salad

Okay, this is a wonderful, amazing salad.
My sweet friend, Erika, always has creative, fun recipes. This is one of them!
It looks sophisticated and is truly so easy.
That is why I love it so much!
p.s. i love blue cheese.

2 large heads of Iceberg Lettuce
4 roma tomoatoes
2 avocados
1 4 oz. tub of fresh crumbled blue cheese
6 strips of bacon, cooked until crisp, crumbled
3 hard boil eggs, peeled and chopped 

1. Wash and dry iceberg lettuce. Cut each head into quarters. Place on large serving platter.
2. Chop tomatoes, peel and slice avocados. Spread evenly on top of lettuce.
3. Once bacon and eggs are cool, spread evenly on top of lettuce.
4. Serve with a side of your favorite ranch dressing.
